1. What are the benefits of training?

2. What are the Government incentives?
Australian Apprenticeships attract financial assistance for eligible employers to help reduce the real cost of training. The training packages that qualify for incentives vary from state to state.
A participant may be eligible to receive training to be delivered with Victorian and Commonwealth Government Funding. The Victorian Training Guarantee entitles eligible participants to a Government subsidised place in a recognised course.
3. Who can I train?
The training is designed for process workers, warehouse staff and administration and sales associates. Courses can also be customised for team leaders, supervisors and managers in all industries.

4. How long are the Courses?
Depending on the course chosen; certificates may vary from 12-36 months for completion; and diplomas may vary from 5-6 months for completion.
5. How do I sign up for the training?
It's very simple:

- 2. We will visit your workplace and collect your details, as well as the employee's.
- 3. A representative from Australian Apprenticeship Centre (AAC) will contact you to detail the nature of the training.
- 4. A trainer will then visit you and work on customising a course that best fulfils your company's needs.

A combination of class activities, assignments, group work, projects, and practicals are applied for the assessment of all units of competency. In order to obtain the Qualification, satisfactorily completion of all units in the course must be attained. Assessment in both theory and practical components of the course will ensure you have achieved the required level of competency.
