Diploma of Management

Diploma of Management aims to develop the skills and knowledge required to perform effectively as a manager, team leader or supervisor, managing a workplace. This course will strengthen leadership, communication, problem solving and customer service skills; as well as operational and performance management, and workplace planning.

This course is suitable to those with operational or technical backgrounds, who typically manage the work of others or review management practices.

On completion of Diploma of Management, participants will be able to lead teams and individuals; develop operational plans; manage environmental performance, continuous improvement and Occupational Health and Safety in the business environment.
